Reliant Physicians was formed in 2019 with experienced community physicians to serve the inpatient and post-acute patient population of Southern Nevada. The company's growth has been fueled by our extensive experience in all lines of patient care and collaborations with major payers, specialty groups and our partner facilities.
Our vertical integration of transitional care coordination, clinical analytics and local staffing has resulted in a highly focused, lean operation that has reduced costs and driven consistent clinical and financial performance across Southern Nevada.
Reliant covers all levels of clinical care delivery that includes acute inpatient care in a traditional hospital, post-acute care delivered at a long-term hospital or rehabilitation facility as well as attending on our patients at skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
