Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kumar arrived in Southern Nevada after completing training at the University of Alabama, Birmingham-Selma and research at the University of California, Irvine. He holds a Fellow in Hospital Medicine designation from the Society of Hospital Medicine and also serves as its chapter president in Las Vegas.

His training includes experience in value-based care, population health, and an MBA with a focus on healthcare management. Dr. Kumar's has a long term interest in synthesizing clinical care across the landscape of facilities and providing consistent communication to patients, families, payors and partners by defragmenting barriers in medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kumar enjoys traveling with his family, learning about art history and literature.

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Preethi Ravichandran Kumar is board-certified Internal Medicine physician and is experienced in Hospital Medicine. She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and completed her education and training on the east coast. She completed a Masters in Medical Education (M.Ed) and is a Fellow in Hospital Medicine (FHM).

Dr. Ravichandran Kumar focuses on acute disease management and helping patients recover from their acute illness. Her focus is optimizing the patient’s experience through the clinical continuum and coordinating with any specialists and primary care physicians to ensure the highest quality of care.

She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2013 and is a champion of improving medical education in Southern Nevada. Her other interests include travel, and advocating a healthy lifestyle with an emphasis on adequate nutrition and exercise.

Healthcare Operations Director

Marevna is originally from Southern California. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2009. Marevna pursued careers in various fields ranging from banking to investment.

Being part of a field where her everyday activities positively change the lives of people has been truly rewarding for her. Marevna is the Healthcare Operations Director for Reliant Physicians.

Outside of work, Marevna enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and their three daughters.

Jessica Blodgett was born in Carson City and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996. Jessica has been in the medical field since 2003, she went back to school to further her education and graduated from Carrington College in medical insurance billing and coding in October of 2016. She now holds a certification as medical insurance biller and coder. Outside of work, she keeps herself busy with her kid’s sports, traveling, and spending as much time with her family.

Medical Billing Specialist

Taylor Spreitzer was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In September of 2017, Taylor graduated from Everest college in the medical insurance biller and coder field. Taylor has been in the field since she graduated from Everest. She holds a certification as medical insurance biller and coder. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending as much time with her family.
